If you're seeing the "timed out while booting" error or having trouble logging in, you need to clear the Montage Studio cookies:
- Open Chrome Settings (Chrome > Preferences) and enter cookies in the Search box in the top right.
- On the Search results page, click Content settings.
- Click All cookies and site data.
- Search for montagestudio and click Remove all.
- Log in again at work.montagestudio.com.
